Controller and data collected
The controller is Concord & Partners, Schweizerhofquai 4, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland (phone +41 41 418 7230, e-mail office@concord.ch). We process the data you give us through the contact form — name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message — together with technical data generated automatically when you visit concord.ch, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you open.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to answer your enquiry, to prepare and perform a mandate, to meet our professional and statutory obligations, and to keep the website secure and functioning. Processing rests on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG); where clients are established in the European Union we additionally rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual steps, Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations and Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in operating the site.
Storage and disclosure
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and, once a mandate exists, for the retention periods required of Swiss lawyers, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We do not sell or trade personal data; it is disclosed only to our hosting and e-mail providers acting on our written instructions, to courts and authorities where the law requires it, and — with your knowledge — to counterparties involved in your matter.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for its correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and — where the GDPR applies — receive your data in a portable format or withdraw a consent you have given at any time. Write to office@concord.ch; if you believe your data has been handled improperly you may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, for EU residents, to your national supervisory authority.
