What cookies are and which we use
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your device on a later visit. On concord.ch we use only what is necessary for the site to work — a record of your cookie choice, a session identifier — plus, if you allow it, one analytics cookie that tells us anonymously which pages are read most.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookieconsent_status | Stores whether you allowed or declined cookies | 12 months |
| PHPSESSID | Technical session identifier for the contact form | Session |
| _ga | Anonymous visit statistics (only after consent) | 24 months |
| e34_lang | Remembers your chosen interface language | 6 months |
Managing cookies
The banner shown on your first visit asks for consent before anything other than the strictly necessary cookies is set, and you may decline without losing access to the site. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings — under Privacy in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge — bearing in mind that blocking all cookies may stop the contact form from working correctly.
Third-party services
Two external services are embedded in this site: Google Maps, which displays the location of our office and is loaded only on the contact section, and Google Analytics, which runs solely if you have pressed "Allow". Both are provided by Google, may transfer data outside Switzerland under recognised safeguards, and are governed by Google's own privacy terms; our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
